RIA’s singular focus on its mission “to improve the health of the patients in the communities we serve” has helped RIA grow from its roots as a three-physician provider of radiology services at Denver’s Swedish Medical Center in the early 1960s to being a leading regional provider of professional services for diagnostic imaging and image-guided intervention. Today, RIA radiologists read over 1.5 million imaging studies annually for patients in five states.
On a daily basis, we have fellowship trained radiologists providing high quality sub-specialty care for patients in Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Kansas and Hawaii via either on-site and/or teleradiology coverage. In Colorado alone, we provide 24/7/365
services to four large health systems (SCL, HCA-HealthONE, Banner Health and Centura Health), including 1 Level 1 and 5 Level 2 trauma centers, and many more metropolitan and rural healthcare facilities and medical care providers throughout the state.
